1. Warm Welcome & Studio Tour

You'll be greeted by your trainer and introduced to the studio. We’ll give you a quick walkthrough so you know where everything is — from equipment to water stations and recovery areas.

2. In-Depth Consultation

Before any movement begins, your trainer will talk with you about your goals, fitness history, injuries, lifestyle, and preferences. This conversation helps us build a program that’s truly tailored to you.

3. Movement & Fitness Assessment

We’ll guide you through basic exercises to assess your mobility, strength, posture, and endurance. This isn’t a test — it’s a tool to better understand how your body moves and where to start safely.

4. Introductory Workout

Based on your consultation and assessment, your trainer will take you through a light, guided workout to introduce you to your program style. You’ll experience our coaching approach and how we tailor everything to you.

5. Recovery & Next Steps

After your session, we’ll review what went well and map out your training plan. We’ll answer questions, explain scheduling options, and discuss your personalized path forward.
